Final round: participant guide
Congratulations on reaching the final! Here is everything you need to know: how to prepare for the trip, which documents to bring and what awaits you in Moscow.
Before the trip
Fill in the finalist form
Deadline: 28 October 2026 inclusive.
Check your details before submitting. The organisers use them to book your tickets, so there must be no mistakes in your full name, passport details or route.
Fill in the formWait for a call from your curator
Within 3–5 working days after you submit the form, your curator will contact you: they will explain how the final is organised, what to do next and answer your questions. They will send you their name, phone number and email — save these contacts.

Get your travel details
For finalists from outside Moscow, the organisers buy long-distance train or plane tickets. Travel and accommodation for one accompanying person (a parent or teacher) are also covered by the organisers. You do not need to buy tickets yourself.
Your curator will send you the tickets, meeting arrangements, accommodation details and the contacts of the person meeting you. Check your tickets and report any mistakes straight away.

Download the templates for your case, print them, fill them in and sign. Bring the originals to the final. The templates are in Russian.

Bring the originals of all signed consent forms. You cannot take part in the Olympiad without them. This applies to every finalist and every accompanying person.
Curator and chats
Your curator helps with the trip, accommodation and any questions during the Olympiad. You may be met by another curator from the team — you will learn the meeting point and their contacts in advance. The chats publish the current schedule, meeting times and places.

If you live in Moscow or the Moscow Region, you can also stay at the hotel — indicate this in the form.
Three meals a day
Snacks on some days. Breakfast is served only at the hotel; there is no breakfast at the venue.
Meals for accompanying persons are not covered; breakfast is included at the hotel.
Not staying at the hotel? Come to the venue for the start of the first event of the day, including registration or the briefing before a round. Your curator will tell you the exact time.

What to bring
Documents
- the original of the ID used to book your tickets
- the originals of all signed consent forms
- tickets and any other documents listed in the organisers' instructions
Clothes and shoes
- warm outerwear
- comfortable shoes and indoor shoes for the hotel
- everyday clothes, a change of clothes and sleepwear
- a formal outfit for ceremonies
Personal items
- phone and charger
- toiletries and any medication you need
- a small backpack
- an umbrella or raincoat
Check the Moscow weather forecast before you leave.
Arrival and house rules
On arrival
Collect your luggage and go to the agreed meeting point. A curator will take you to the transfer to the hotel. If your flight or train is delayed, message your curator straight away.
Getting around
Move between venues only with the curators. Do not leave the group or leave the venue or hotel on your own. Agree any change of route with your curator in advance.
Lights out at 22:00
Be in your room by this time. If you have a problem, are running late or feel unwell, tell your curator immediately.
Departure
Your curator will tell you in advance how check-out and the transfer to the station or airport will work. Check the date and time of your journey on your tickets.
