Final stage guide

Copies of all documents, except for the epidemiological environment certificate, must be sent by email to it-education@phystech.edu.
Originals of all documents must be brought with you.

1. Original passport (or original birth certificate for participants under 14);
2. Scan of the passport (photo page and registration page) or birth certificate (for participants under 14);
3. Original and copy of the insurance certificate (SNILS);
4. Original medical insurance policy;
5. Copy of taxpayer identification number (INN), if available;
6. Medical certificate on general health condition;
7. Consent to participate in the final stage (in free form);
8. Consent signed by the participant (if of legal age) or by a parent/legal representative (for minors) for the collection, storage, use, and processing (transfer) of personal data;
9. Consent to transfer personal data to the state information resource for persons with outstanding abilities (original);
10. Medical report confirming the absence (or presence) of pathological conditions indicating tuberculosis (X-ray, Mantoux test, or Diaskintest results);
11. Certificate of measles vaccination or confirmation of a previous illness (according to the Rospotrebnadzor letter No. 02/7915-2023-23 dated May 17, 2023).

3. Visa (for participants entering under the visa regime);
4. Migration card (issued upon entry to Russia at customs control);
5. Medical certificate on general health condition;
6. Consent to participate in the final stage (in free form);
7. Consent signed by the participant (if of legal age) or by a parent/legal representative (for minors) for the collection, storage, use, and processing (transfer) of personal data;
8. Consent to transfer personal data to the state information resource for persons with outstanding abilities (original);
9. Medical report confirming the absence (or presence) of pathological conditions indicating tuberculosis (X-ray, Mantoux test, or Diaskintest results);
10. Certificate of measles vaccination or confirmation of a previous illness (according to the Rospotrebnadzor letter No. 02/7915-2023-23 dated May 17, 2023);
11. Copy of a legal representative’s passport (one of the parents) with a notarized translation into Russian (for underage participants);
12. Document confirming the authority of the legal representative (for example, a birth certificate), adoptive parent, guardian, or custodian, with a notarized translation into Russian (for underage participants).

On the day of arrival, volunteers with Olympiad signs will meet you:
🚉 At railway stations — by your train
✈️ At airports — in the arrivals area

Accommodation:
• Participants — at the MIPT sanatorium (1–2 person rooms)
• Accompanying persons — at the sanatorium or Dormitory No. 10 (up to 3 people per room)

Three hot meals a day are provided in the MIPT cafeteria.
During the task rounds, packed lunches will be distributed.
Accompanying persons pay for their meals independently.

• Comb, deodorant, personal care items

• Personal medication
• Power bank and chargers
• Board games (optional)

🚫 Alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, IQOS devices, disposable e-cigarettes, and any similar smoking products.
🚫 Narcotic and psychotropic substances.
🚫 Any type of weapon, including knives.
🚫 Matches, lighters, and fireworks.
🚫 Medicines without a doctor’s prescription or dosage instructions.
🚫 Expensive jewelry or valuable items.
