Key Dates
The session takes place remotely on All Cups, with mandatory proctoring. Links and access details for proctoring and the AI agent provided by the organizers will be sent to the email address used for registration by 17 October, 20:00.
Session date: 18 October 2026.
Connect to proctoring between 09:15 and 10:00. After 10:00, you will not be able to connect and take part in the session.
Task-solving time: 10:00–12:00.
Results of the Main Round and the list of participants admitted to the Final Round will be published by 23 October, 23:59.
All times are Moscow time (UTC+3).
Task
In the proctored session, participants will solve one task and submit their result on All Cups. The maximum score for this session is 100 points.
The task statement and materials will become available after the session starts. Before starting your solution, you must connect to proctoring and complete identity and equipment checks.
Only the AI agent provided by the organizers may be used. Every submission must include an executed Jupyter notebook (.ipynb) that reproduces the submitted answer file.
Scoring
The maximum score for the proctored session is 100 points. Solutions are evaluated automatically using the metric specified in the task statement.

What counts as an accepted solution
An accepted solution is a submission that passes file format validation and is admitted for evaluation, regardless of its metric value or the number of points awarded. The submission must meet the notebook requirements and the session rules. Format errors that violate requirements applying to the entire file cause the submission to be rejected in full.

How results are converted into points
Points are awarded according to percentile rank: P = 100 × K / N. Here, N is the number of participants with at least one accepted solution, and K is the number of these participants whose final result is no greater than yours, including you.
Participants with identical final results receive the same number of points. Each participant is counted in N only once. A participant without accepted solutions receives 0 points and is not counted in N. If N = 0, no points are awarded.

Detailed rules for metric calculation and selection of the final solution are provided in the task statement, which will become available after the session starts.
Preparing for Proctoring
Prepare your workspace and check your equipment in advance:
  • A computer or laptop with a stable internet connection and a working webcam.
  • A phone with a working camera, to be used as the second camera. Ensure internet access and power throughout the session.
  • A working microphone and audio output so that you can hear the proctor.
  • A photo identity document for verification before the session starts.
Two cameras must be used simultaneously throughout the session: the computer or laptop webcam and the phone camera. Position them as instructed by the proctor. The phone is used for proctoring, not for searching for information or communicating.

You can test your equipment now at: proctoredu.ru/demo-test
Submitting Solutions
Connecting and getting started
  1. Check the email address used for registration. The organizers will send access details for proctoring and the provided AI agent by 17 October, 20:00.
  2. On 18 October, connect to proctoring between 09:15 and 10:00. Have your photo identity document ready, turn on both cameras and your microphone, and complete identity and equipment checks.
  3. Only after connecting to proctoring and completing the checks should you open All Cups and start solving the task when the session begins at 10:00.
  4. Read the task statement and submission requirements. Use the AI agent provided by the organizers and follow the proctor’s instructions.
  5. Prepare your answer file and attach a Jupyter notebook (.ipynb) that reproduces that exact file. Submit your solution and check the automatic evaluation result.
  6. Finish submitting solutions by 12:00. If you experience a technical issue, notify the proctor immediately.
Required notebook
Every submission must include a Jupyter notebook (.ipynb) that reproduces the exact answer file submitted. All code cells must have been executed, and their outputs, including execution logs, must be saved so that it is clear how the answer file was produced.
If you improve your result, attach an updated notebook that reproduces the new submission. A submission without a notebook, with unexecuted code cells, or with code that does not reproduce the submitted answer file will not be counted. If a participant has no submissions meeting these requirements, the task is considered unsolved.

The number of submissions is unlimited. All solutions must be submitted within the session time. Evaluation may involve a queue, so do not leave uploads until the final minutes.
Rules and Disqualification
Allowed and Prohibited
Every participant must comply with the Olympiad General Rules and Regulations.
Only the AI agent provided by the organizers is allowed
In the proctored session, you may use the AI agent made available by the organizers. Any other AI services, chatbots, AI assistants, agents and AI-generated answers in search engines are prohibited. You may not use external sources of information, internet searches, ready-made solutions or help from other people: work only with the task materials, the tools for running and submitting your solution, and the provided AI agent.

Independent work and proctoring rules
Sharing your solution with other participants, publishing solutions or discussing solution methods before the session ends, using multiple accounts or another person’s account, and attempting to hack the evaluation system are prohibited.
Remain connected to proctoring and keep both cameras operating throughout the session. Follow the proctor’s instructions. If you lose your connection or experience another technical issue, notify the proctor immediately and follow their instructions.

Review of violations
Solutions, notebooks and proctoring materials are reviewed for rule violations. Identified violations are referred to the jury, which reviews the circumstances and makes a decision in accordance with the Olympiad rules. The participant is informed of the violation identified and the decision.
Appeals
Under Sections 7.1–7.5 of the Regulations, a Main Round participant may appeal the evaluation of their solutions or a violation of the Main Round procedures affecting them by 12:00 on 23 October 2026, Moscow time.
